Return & Exchange Policy
سياسة الإستبدال و الإسترجاع
Conditions
- 1Returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- 2Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- 3The product must be unused.
- 4The product must be in its original condition.
- 5Tags and stickers must not be removed, and the product must be returned with all its accessories.
- 6The shipping company's delivery receipt must be provided.
- 7The customer bears the shipping costs for exchanges and returns.
- 8In case of a manufacturing defect (which is rare as we inspect every item before shipping), we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange or return.
الشروط
- 1أن يكون الإسترجاع في خلال ٣ أيام من تاريخ الإستلام.
- 2أن يكون الإستبدال خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ الإستلام.
- 3أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم.
- 4أن يكون المنتج في نفس حالته الأصلية.
- 5عدم نزع التاق او الإستيكرات الموجودة على المنتج و إعادته بكل مشتملاته.
- 6توفير إيصال إستلام المنتج الخاص بشركة الشحن.
- 7يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن في حالة الإستبدال و الإسترجاع.
- 8في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع في القطعة (و ده شئ نادر لأننا بنتأكد من حالة كل قطعة قبل الشحن) نتحمل تكاليف الشحن في حالة الإستبدال أو الإسترجاع.
